    General Terms

    By accessing and placing an order with redMALL, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and redMALL.

    Under no circumstances shall team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If you use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

    redMALL will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

    License

    redMALL grants you revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use our service strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

    These terms & Conditions are a contract between you and redMALL (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “redMALL”, “us”, “we” or “our”), the provider of the redMALL website and the services accessible from the redMALL website (which collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the “redMALL Service”)

    You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service. In these Terms & Conditions, “you”, “customer” or “member” refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block your access to your account without notice.

    Definitions and key terms

    Customer : Any person who has agreed to these terms and conditions and who accesses redMALL Online Store.

    Member : Any Customer who has successfully registered on redMALL Online Store. For the avoidance of doubt, Members are also Customers.

    redMALL : redMALL is the online store owned and operated by redON Digital Sdn Bhd and its affiliates.

    Site : The website of the mall operated by redON Digital Sdn. Bhd.

    Transaction : Any activity undertaken by a Customer through the Site such as online shopping.

    These Rules and Other Rules : These Terms and Conditions and other regulations and guidelines as determined by redMALL including the terms of use of any services and Web sites operated by redON Digital Sdn Bhd as well as important information with respect to the mall.

    Member Data : The information provided by redMALL Members as well as historical data regarding Transactions.

    Use of Service

    A Customer may use the services available on redMALL based on the terms and conditions as determined by redMALL. Customers may be required to register or join as Members to be able to use Services provided by redMALL. All Members acknowledge and agree that from time-to-time redMALL may add important features and affiliate programs and all Members will be subject to their terms and conditions determined by redMALL to be able to participate in such features or programs.

    These Terms & Conditions apply to all Customers and must be observed when they sign up for membership and after they sign up as Members. Customers and Members must agree to these Terms & Conditions before using the Service.

    Amending Registered Information

    If there are changes to the information listed, the Individual concerned must immediately update such information on the Site. redMALL is not responsible for losses incurred due to failure to update registration information. Every Transaction completed before amendments to the registration information will be based on the information previously provided by you.

    Restrictions

    You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

    • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the service or make the platform available to any third party
    • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the service
    • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the service.

    Payment

    If you pay for any of our one-time payment plans, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account for the service in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time that each fee or charge is due and payable. Your Payment Provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card account, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms to determine your rights and liabilities with respect to your Payment Provider. By providing us with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that we are authorized to verify information immediately , and subsequently invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to us hereunder and that no additional notice or consent is required. You agree to immediately notify us of any change in your billing address or the credit card used for payment hereunder. We reserve the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately upon posting on our site or by e-mail delivery to you. No contract will exist between you and us for the Service until we accept your order by a confirmatory email or other appropriate means of communications. You are responsible for any third part fees that you may incur when using the Service.

    Site Transactions

    Transactions made by Customers via the Website is a direct transaction between Customers and redMALL. redMALL will not be involved and does not assume any responsibility for such a transaction, including cancellations, unless redMALL is providing such transaction. Any problems arising from a Transaction must be resolved between redMALL and the Customer.

    Disclaimer

    Customers may be contacted by redMALL regarding redMALL services, a transaction with redMALL, goods and services, website content and descriptions, privacy policies, and other matters with respect to redMALL. redMALL makes no warranties regarding the authenticity, accuracy, novelty, use, reliability, legality or non-violation of the rights of third parties.

    redMALL will not be liable for damage caused by interruptions to the system, delay, suspension, or loss of data due to connection or computer failure, unauthorized access to data, or other damages suffered by Customers in connection with use of services provided by redMALL.

    redMALL does not warrant that the contents of electronic mail from the Site, the redMALL server, or domain groups are free of computer viruses or elements other damaging.

    redMALL will not be responsible for the consequences of information or any suggestions that may be given to Customers by redMALL or Merchants.

    redMALL will not be liable for losses caused by violation of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer

    Return Policy/Refund

    Thanks for shopping with us. We appreciate the fact that your like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

    As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our company. We’ll be as brief as our policies will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms and conditions along with our Privacy Policy.

    If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our products.

    Refund

    Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered mode of refund based on your payment mode, which will take between 1 to 15 working days depending on our partnering banks. Please consult the table below for details.

    Your suggestions

We shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.

    Changes to these Terms & Conditions

    redMALL may revise any or all of these rules at any time. When a revision or addition is made to these Terms and Conditions, such revisions or additions will become effective once they are displayed in the redMALL Website. Customer agrees to comply with all revised and additional regulations.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction Courts

    These rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. All Customers acknowledge and agree that all disputes arising from or in connection with the Services will be exclusively resolved through the Courts of Malaysia.

    Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

    We reserve the right to reject any product(s) order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

    redMALL may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. redMALL also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions include all and any product(s) orders placed by the same redMALL site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address provided at the time the order was made.

    redMALL reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers or re-sellers.

    Delivery Terms

    Self-Pick up

    • This option is only available for AEON CREDIT installment payment option
    • Pick up locations will be available at the stated locations once AEON CREDIT payment option is selected

    Dispatch and Delivery

    • redMALL will dispatch items once payment verification has been confirmed. Dispatch will be between 7-14 working days and period is between 11am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
    • All goods will be delivered only to Residential Address or Work-Place Address.
    • Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm MYT.
    • Delivery fees apply for all delivery items.
    • Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events, any consequences of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war or not), civil war, rebellion, insurrection, military or usurped power of confiscation, requisition, or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or local authority.
    • Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays)

    During Delivery of Items

    • Customer are required to present the order ID & Malaysian Identification Card during receiving (If needed by the appointed carrier company).
    • The Carrier may require the customer to sign a document prepared by the Carrier acknowledging receive of the purchased items.
    • The document is required to be signed by the individual who commit the order.
    • The carrier has the right to request to capture a photo of the Malaysian IC.
    • Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events, any consequences of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war or not), civil war, rebellion, insurrection, military or usurped power of confiscation, requisition, or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or local authority.
    • Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays)

    During Undelivered or Unclaimed Goods

    • Where the Carrier is unable for any reason to deliver a purchased items to the customer, the Carrier assigned a partnered courier to fulfil the deliverance of the purchased items. The assigned partnered or other shipping option is subject to the shipping time of 3-5 working days.
    • If the items are unable to be delivered upon second attempt, carrier reserves the right to return the item to redMALL. The customer will be required to contact the carrier for any other arrangements.

    Cancellation

    • Customers have a right to cancel the Delivery. Kindly contact us via redmall@redon.com.my before the delivery schedule with the order details.

    Loss and Damaged

    • The Carrier shall not be liable in respect of any loss or mis-delivery to a wrongly stated address, wrongly stated identity of or damage if the same has arisen from:
      • Acts of God;
      • Any consequences of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war or not), civil war, rebellion, insurrection, military or usurped power of confiscation, requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or local authority; Seizure or forfeiture under legal process.
      • Riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, general or partial stoppage or restraint of labour from whatever cause.
      • The customer not taking or accepting delivery within a reasonable time after the purchased items has attempted delivery.

    Membership Programme

    Membership is given to all existing redONE Subscribers with valid mobile number and information

    When you join our membership programme, you will or have provided us with your personal data. Such personal data may include your name, identity card number, contact details, data date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, preferred language, occupation and monthly income and financial information.

    It is mandatory for you to provide us with your name, identity card number, contact details, date of birth and gender and if you do not provide us with any of this information, we will not process your application or have complete information about you and may affect our membership service to you. We also process other personal data such as your purchasing habits.

    RM100 Off Welcome Voucher Terms & Conditions

      • Can only redeem at www.redmall.com.my
      • Minimum purchase with RM1000 and above
      • All voucher is only valid for 30 days after which it shall become void. The validity period of the any voucher will not be extended.
      • To use a voucher or redeem its value, a valid coupon code must be entered at the payment page.
      • Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non- refundable
      • The voucher are not valid to be used with other promotions nor can it be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
      • Refund/reschedule is calculated according to the total paid amount after the discount, not the initial price.

    Terms and Conditions

    Applies to all redMALL and redTRAVEL members.

    1. All registered users of the Equinox travel portal are termed as members.

    2. Members are to show the portal's issued e-membership card upon request by travel operators.

    3. Privileges and benefits issued by Equinox are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash if unused.

    4. Members may be subject to re-qualification upon expiry of memberships as stated on the membership card.

    5. Members must be present to enjoy all privileges and benefits. Travel operators reserve the right to deny any special rates and benefits if the member is not present.

    6. Approved users should protect their log in credentials and change passwords regularly.

    7. All bookings are subject to the rate and booking policies of each rate plan and as stated by travel operators.

    8. Program reserves all rights to amend terms and conditions, reject applications or revoke any issued memberships if later found to pose conflicts of interest.

    1. All new registrations to the Equinox portal will receive MYR150 worth of E- Vouchers subjected to specific terms, are non exchangeable for cash, non transferable and non-interest bearing.

    2. All E- Vouchers upon issue are valid for 180 days.

    3. No refund for unused portions of e-voucher and once expired cannot be redeemed.

    Booking and Payment
    How do I book a room? expand_more

    To book a room, simply enter your desired destination or hotel name at the search bar, select the check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and click "Search." From the results, select your preferred hotel and room type by clicking on the hotel name or the “Show Availability” button. Click "Book" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your reservation.

    We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and Paypal.

    Refunds
    How is refund paid? expand_more

    Refunds is credited to the same credit card or method of payment made when paying for bookings.

    How long do I get my refund? expand_more

    Refund is processed once the hotel confirms the cancellation but different banks have different processing periods and can take up to 6 weeks for the credited amount to be stated in the credit card statement.

    Is there any processing fees for refunds? expand_more

    As a booking platform, we do not charge any service fees but issuing banks of the credit card may impose a service or handling fee.

    E-Vouchers
    How do I know how many e-vouchers I have remaining? expand_more

    Click on vouchers and you will find all remaining e-vouchers, it’s value and expiry date.

    How many e-vouchers can I use to redeem for bookings? expand_more

    At the payment page, the system will specify the total number of e-vouchers than can be used based on total value of booking.

    Can I use only some of my specified vouchers? expand_more

    Yes, you can select as many vouchers up to the number of vouchers the system indicates.

    Can e-vouchers be used for offline bookings? expand_more

    Yes, when its indicated that e-vouchers can be used. The qualifying value to use e- vouchers will follow the system’s stated amount.

    Special Requests

    Yes, you can make special requests during the booking process or by contacting our customer support. However, please note that request cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability at the time of check-in and the hotel's specific policies.

    Hotel Cancellations

    Free cancellation means you can cancel your booking without incurring any charges, up to a specific date and time. This cut-off date is clearly stated in the hotel's rate plan. If you cancel before this deadline, you'll receive a full refund or amount after applicable fees are deducted.

    What types of cancellation conditions are there? expand_more

    When a rate plan states 100% cancellation fee or no refunds, it simply means there is no refund if a paid hotel booking is made. Other forms of cancellations could be a certain percentage of the paid amount will not be refundable if cancelled by a certain date. It is advisable to read the terms of each rate plan under “show more.”
