redCARD X HSBC Credit Card Campaign

Terms and Conditions
1. redCARD x HSBC Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by redONE NETWORK SDN BHD (Company No:200301016674 (619094-D), (“The Organizer”) shall commence on 01 October 2024 (“Commencement Date”) until 31 March 2025 (“End Date”), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”).
2. The Campaign is open to all customers who:
2.1. apply online at the Organizer's website redMALL for a Qualifying HSBC Credit Card (“HSBC Credit Card”) as a Principal Cardholder (“Cardholder”), are approved and signed up for twelve (12) months phone bill auto- debit with the Organizer using any one (1) of the qualifying HSBC Credit Cards during the Campaign Period.
2.2. Qualifying HSBC Credit Cards are:
2.2.1. HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Card-I;
2.2.2. HSBC Visa Platinum;
2.2.3. HSBC Visa Signature;
2.2.4. HSBC TravelOne Credit Card; and
2.2.5. HSBC Live+ Credit Card.
2.3. The following categories of persons shall not be considered as a Cardholder and shall NOT be eligible for this Campaign:
2.3.1. persons who make an online application for an HSBC Credit Card at HSBC’s website hsbc.com.my without first registering at the Organizer’s Website;
2.3.2. persons who had their HSBC card application approved or denied within six (6) months before the date of application,
2.3.3. Cardholder(s) who have cancelled his/her HSBC Credit Card(s) within six (6) months prior the date of application;
2.3.4. Cardholder(s) who are participating in any other concurrent HSBC Credit Card(s)/-i sign-up promotions via any channels either by HSBC or authorized third parties), except the HSBC RM25 Cash Back Acquisition Promotion /HSBC Amanah RM25 Cash Back Acquisition Promotion.
2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to approve or reject applications submitted at the website without assigning any reason.
3. The Organizer offers a gift ("Campaign Gift") to customers who are approved by HSBC and subsequently spend with their new credit card.
3.1. Each Cardholder is eligible for only one Campaign Gift throughout the Campaign Period, regardless of the number of approved HSBC Credit Cards for the Cardholder during the Campaign Period.
3.2. To qualify for a Campaign Gift, Cardholder must:
3.2.1. apply for a HSBC Card via the Organizer’s website during Campaign Period;
3.2.2. be approved by HSBC within sixty (60) days of the application date; and
3.3. The offer of the Campaign Gift is exclusively available at the Organizer’s website. The Campaign Gift is:
3.3.1. redMALL eVoucher worth RM100 (RM100 Voucher requires a minimum spend of RM1,000 in redMALL) to new-to-bank cardholders who are approved by HSBC Bank.

if customer card application approved, customer will get RM100 redMALL Voucher 3.3.2. redMALL eVoucher worth RM250 (RM250 Voucher requires no minimum spend in redMALL) to new-to-bank cardholders who are approved by HSBC Bank with the Cash Instalment Plan (CIP).

Customer must apply CIP together during card application stage and approved, customer will get RM250 redMALL Voucher 3.3.3. The use of redMALL eVouchers shall be governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the redMALL Promotional Code Policy, which can be found at HERE
3.4. Lucky Draw and Ticket Entry Criteria:
3.4.1. Register for a qualifying card via the Organizer’s website during Campaign Period;
3.4.2. be approved by HSBC within sixty (60) days of the application date will be entitled to ONE (1) Lucky Draw ticket.
3.4.3. redON Digital reserves the right to modify or cancel the Lucky Draw. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

4. The Campaign Lucky Draws are:
4.1. Conducted quarterly, with prizes worth up to RM5,000. The prizes may include, but are not limited to, smartphones, electronic devices, and consumer electronics.
4.1.1. An example of following Lucky Draw prizes will be two units of the Samsung Galaxy S23+,
4.1.2. The prizes for the Quarterly Lucky Draw will be announced in January 2025 (for Q4 2024) and April 2025 (for Q1 2025).
4.1.3. redMALL reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal value or a similar alternative, at their discretion.
4.1.4. The Campaign Lucky Draw prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Lucky Draw Winner Announcement:
5.1.1. Lucky Draw Winners will be announced on Instagram & Facebook.
5.1.2. Winners will be contacted via the details provided in their credit card application.
5.1.3. If any calls were to be made by the organiser, only five (5) attempts of phone calls will be made during office hours (on working days), Monday to Friday (10am-6pm, except Public Holiday).
5.1.4. In the event the Eligible cardholders cannot be contacted i.e. voicemail, line busy or no pickup, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
5.2. The Organizer will email every eligible Cardholder to inform about the approval status and the eligibility of the Campaign Gift within 30 days upon HSBC notifying the Organizer of the customer’s approval status.
5.3. The Campaign Gift is not transferrable and not exchangeable for cash.
5.4. If any calls were to be made, only five (5) attempts of phone calls will be made during office hours (on working days), Monday to Friday (10am-6pm, except Public Holiday).
5.5. In the event the Cardholder cannot be contacted i.e. voicemail, line busy or no pick up, the Organizer reserves all rights to void the eligibility of Campaign Gift of the Cardholder.
5.6. By applying at redCARD or redMALL.com.my, all customers agree and consent to the use of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the administration of this offer and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented, such as the Terms and Conditions, Personal Data and Information Notice, and Privacy Policy published at HERE
6. By accepting this offer, each eligible person agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below:
6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without notice. Any cancellation, termination, or suspension of the Campaign by The Organizer shall not entitle the applicant to any claim for any compensation against The Organizer for any loss or damage incurred by the applicant as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension.
6.2. The decisions of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, including but not limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no enquiry, correspondences, complaint or appeal from any applicant will be entertained.
6.3. The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Terms and Conditions
1. redCARD x Alliance Bank Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by redON DIGITAL SDN BHD (Company No:201701022733 (1236899-H), (“The Organizer”) and Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (Company No. 198201008390 (88103-W)(Alliance Bank) shall commence on 1 August 2024 (“Commencement Date”) until 31 December 2024 (“End Date”), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”).
2. The Campaign is open to all customers who:
2.1. register interest at the Organizer's website redMALL for a Qualifying Alliance Visa Bank Credit Card (“Alliance Bank Credit Card”) as a new Principal Cardholder (“Cardholder”).
2.2. Qualifying Alliance Bank Credit Cards are:
2.2.1. Alliance Bank Visa Platinum Credit Card OR
2.2.2. Alliance Bank Visa Signature Credit Card OR
2.2.3. Alliance Bank Visa Infinite Credit Card.
2.3. The following categories of persons shall not be considered as a Cardholder and shall NOT be eligible for this Campaign:
2.3.1. persons who have applied for an Alliance Bank Credit Card at Alliance Bank’s website prior to registering at the Organiser’s Website;
2.3.2. persons who had their Alliance Bank card application approved, denied, cancelled or rejected within six (6) months before the date of application,
2.3.3. Principal cardholder(s) who are holding existing Alliance bank credit card
2.3.4. Cardholder(s) who have cancelled his/her Alliance Bank Credit Card(s) within six (6) months prior the date of application;
2.3.5. Cardholder(s) who are participating in any other concurrent Alliance Bank Credit Card(s) sign-up promotions via any channels either by Alliance Bank or authorised third parties.
2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to approve or reject applications submitted at the website without assigning any reason.
3. The Organizer offers a gift ("Campaign Gift") to the eligible customers. The offer of the Campaign Gift is exclusively available at the Organizer’s website.
3.1. The Campaign Gift are:
3.2. redMALL Voucher worth RM100 (RM100 redMALL Voucher requires a minimum spend of RM1,000 in redMALL) to new-to-bank cardholders who are approved by Alliance Bank.
3.3. redMALL Voucherworth RM150 (RM150 redMALL Voucher requires no minimum spend in redMALL) to new-to-bank cardholders who are approved by Alliance Bank with the Balance Transfer/Fast Cash (BTFC).
3.4. To qualify for a Campaign Gift, Cardholder must:
3.4.1 Register for a qualifying card via the Organiser’s website during Campaign Period;
3.4.2 be approved by Alliance Bank within the Campaign Approval Period.
3.4.3 The Campaign Qualifying Credit Card and Approval Period are as defined in the table below:

Eligible Cardholder will be notified via email by the Organiser on the approval status and the eligibility of the Campaign Gift within 45 days upon confirmation from Alliance Bank.
4.1. Only Cardholders who fulfil the Terms and Conditions shall be eligible for a Campaign Gift. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify applicants who have failed to fulfill the Terms and Conditions and/or who have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data and/or details, without prior notice.
4.2. The Campaign Gift is not transferrable and not exchangeable for cash.
4.3. If any calls were to be made by the organiser, only five (5) attempts of phone calls will be made during office hours (on working days), Monday to Friday (10am-6pm, except Public Holiday).
4.4. In the event the Eligible cardholders cannot be contacted i.e. voicemail, line busy or no pick up, the Organiser reserves all rights to void the eligibility of Campaign Gift of the Eligible cardholders.
5. The Organiser offers a Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") to customers who are approved by Alliance Bank. The offer of the Lucky Draw Gift is exclusively available at the Organiser’s website.
5.1. The Campaign Lucky Draws are:
5.1.1. Quarterly Lucky Draws will be conducted, with prizes worth up to RM5,000. The prizes may include, but are not limited to, smartphones, electronic devices, and consumer electronics.

5.2. Lucky Draw and Ticket Entry Criteria:
5.2.1. Register for a qualifying card via the Organizer’s website during Campaign Period;
5.2.2. be approved by Alliance Bank within sixty (60) days of the application date will entitle for ONE (1) Lucky Draw ticket;
5.2.3. and upon approval of the qualifying card, Cardholder has the option to apply for Balance Transfer/Fast Cash (BTFC) within the campaign period. Cardholders who has BTFC approved within the BTFC campaign approval period will be entitled for TWO (2) Lucky Draw tickets.
5.3. Upon successful compliance with Paragraph 3.4, 5.2, the Customer may be eligible to receive the specified gift under this Campaign ("Gift"). The potential entitlement of the Customer during the Campaign Period is detailed in the following table for illustrative purposes:

6. By accepting this offer, each eligible person agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below:
6.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with prior notice via Alliance Bank’s and organiser’s communication website. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by The Organiser shall not entitle the applicant to any claim for any compensation against The Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the applicant as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension.
6.2. The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, including but not limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be final and conclusive under any circumstance and no enquiry, correspondences, complaint or appeal from any applicant will be entertained.
6.3. The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
6.4. Alliance Bank has instituted and maintains policies and procedures designed to prevent bribery and corruption by Alliance Bank and its directors, officers, or employees; and to the best of Alliance Bank’s knowledge, neither Alliance Bank nor any director, officer, or employee of Alliance Bank has engaged in any activity or conduct which would violate any anti-bribery or anti-corruption law or regulation applicable to Alliance Bank. Alliance Bank has not, and covenants that it will not, in connection with the conduct of its business activities, promise, authorize, ratify or offer to make, or take any act in furtherance of any payment, contribution, gift, reimbursement or other transfer of anything of value, or any solicitation, directly or indirectly to any individual.
6.5. By virtue of participating in this campaign, Eligible Participants hereby acknowledges that it has been made aware of Alliance Bank’s anti-bribery and corruption summary of the policy available at HERE and further covenants/undertakes that it shall not indulge in such corrupt practices in whatsoever manner whether directly or indirectly with any directors, officers or employees of Alliance Bank.
