redCARD X Alliance Bank Credit Card Campaign

Terms and Conditions
1. redCARD x Alliance Bank Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by redON DIGITAL SDN BHD (Company No:201701022733 (1236899-H), (“Organizer”) and Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (Company No. 198201008390 (88103-W)(Alliance Bank) shall commence on 01 November 2025 (“Commencement Date”) until 31 March 2026 (“End Date”), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”).
2. The Campaign is open to all customers who:
2.1 Register interest at the Organizer's website redMALL for a Qualifying Alliance Visa Bank Credit Card (“Alliance Bank Credit Card”) as a new Principal Cardholder (“Cardholder”).
2.2. Qualifying cards (“Campaign Qualifying Credit Card “) are:
2.2.1. Alliance Bank Visa Platinum Credit Card; or
2.2.2. Alliance Bank Visa Signature Credit Card; or
2.2.3. Alliance Bank Visa Infinite Credit Card.
2.2.4. Alliance Bank Virtual Credit Card
2.3. The following categories of persons shall not be considered as a Cardholder and shall NOT be eligible for this Campaign:
2.3.1. Persons who have applied for an Alliance Bank Credit Card at Alliance Bank website prior to registering at the Organiser’s website.
2.3.2. Persons who have had their Alliance Bank Credit Card application approved, denied, cancelled or rejected within six (6) months before the date of application.
2.3.3. Principal Cardholder(s) who is holding existing Alliance Bank Credit Card(s).
2.3.4. Cardholder(s) who has cancelled his/her Alliance Bank Credit Card(s) within six (6) months prior to the date of application;
2.3.5. Cardholder(s) who is participating in any other concurrent Alliance Bank Credit Card(s)/-i sign-up promotions via any channels either by Alliance Bank or authorised third parties.
2.4. The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject applications submitted in the website at its discretion.
2.5. By participating, Cardholders consent to the Organiser and Alliance Bank collecting, using and disclosing their personal data for purpose related to this Campaign in accordance with the Personal Data and Protection Act 2010.
3. The Organiser offers a gift ("Campaign Gift") to customers whose Qualifying Credit Card has been approved by Alliance Bank. The offer of the Campaign Gift is exclusively available at the Organiser’s website
3.1. The Campaign Gifts are:
3.1.1 redONE Bill Rebate worth RM150 (RM150 Postpaid Bill Rebate will be divided to 5 months) to new-to-bank Cardholders who are approved by Alliance Bank with the Balance Transfer/Fast Cash (BTFC).
3.1.2 Mobile Electronics to new-to-bank Cardholders who are approved by Alliance Bank detailed in the following table for illustrative purposes (Table 1)

March 2026Table 1 3.2 To qualify for a Campaign Gift, the Cardholder must:
3.2.1 Register for a Credit Card via the Organiser’s website throughout the Campaign Period.
3.2.2 The Qualifying Credit card must be approved by Alliance Bank within the Campaign Approval Period.
3.2.3 Apply and be approved for BTFC within the matching BTFC Approval Month.
3.2.4 Be an existing redONE postpaid customer.
3.2.5 Minimum Monthly Bill must be RM35 and above.
3.2.6 The Campaign Qualifying Credit Card and Card Approval Period are as defined in table 2 below:

Eligible Cardholders (“defined in clause 4.1”) will be notified via email by the Organiser on the approval status and the eligibility of the Campaign Gift within 45 days upon confirmation from Alliance Bank.
4.1. Only Cardholders who fulfilled the Terms and Conditions shall be eligible (“Eligible Cardholder”) for a Campaign Gift. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify applicants who have failed to fulfil the Terms and Conditions and/or who have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data and/or details, without prior notice.
4.2. The RM30 monthly postpaid bill rebate will not be applied automatically. Eligible Cardholders must redeem the rebate manually via the redONE 1App.
4.3. The RM30 rebate will be credited to the Cardholder’s redONE postpaid bill in the billing cycle following each successful monthly redemption.
4.4. The RM30 monthly Postpaid bill rebate is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issuance. The customer must utilize or redeem the rebate within this validity period for their redONE Postpaid bill. Any unutilized rebate after the expiry period shall be forfeited and will not be claimable or extended.
4.5. Persons who apply via redONE 1App is eligible based on table 3
4.6. The Campaign Gift is not transferrable and not exchangeable for cash.
4.7. If any calls were to be made by the Organiser, only five (5) attempts of phone calls will be made during office hours (on working days), Monday to Friday (10 am-6 pm, except public holiday).
4.8. In the event the Eligible Cardholders cannot be contacted i.e. voicemail, line busy or no pickup, the Organiser reserves all rights to void the eligibility of Campaign Gift of the Eligible Cardholders.
4.9. Upon successful compliance with clause 3.2, the Eligible Cardholders will receive the specified Campaign Gift for this Campaign. The potential entitlement of the Eligible Cardholders during the Campaign Period is detailed in the following table for illustrative purposes (Table 3):

5.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with prior notice via Alliance Bank’s and the Organisers communication websites. To the Conditions Entitlement Approved Credit Card with Balance Transfer or Fast Cash RM30 redONE Postpaid Bill Rebate for 5 Months (RM 150 Total) Approved Credit Card Only Gift shown as per Table 1 extend permitted by law, any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by the Organiser shall not entitle the applicant to any claim for any compensation against the Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the applicant as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension.
5.2. The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, including but not limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be final and binding. No appeal will be entertained.
5.3 The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia
5.4. Alliance Bank has instituted and maintains policies and procedures designed to prevent bribery and corruption by Alliance Bank and its directors, officers, or employees; and to the best of Alliance Bank’s knowledge, neither Alliance Bank nor any director, officer, or employee of Alliance Bank has engaged in any activity or conduct which would violate any anti-bribery or anti-corruption law or regulation applicable to Alliance Bank. Alliance Bank has not, and covenants that it will not, in connection with the conduct of its business activities, promise, authorise, ratify or offer to make, or take any act in furtherance of any payment, contribution, gift, reimbursement or other transfer of anything of value, or any solicitation, directly or indirectly to any individual.
5.5 By virtue of participating in this Campaign, Eligible Cardholders hereby acknowledge that it has been made aware of Alliance Bank’s anti-bribery and corruption summary of the policy available at https://www.alliancebank.com.my/Anti-Bribery-and-Corruption-Summary-of- Policy.aspx and further covenant/undertake that it shall not indulge in such corrupt practices in whatsoever manner whether directly or indirectly with any directors, officers or employees of Alliance Bank.
