redCARD Lucky Draw Campaign

Terms & Conditions

    The Campaign Lucky Draws are:
    1. Quarterly Lucky Draws will be conducted, with prizes worth up to RM5,000. The prizes may include, but are not limited to, smartphones, electronic devices, and consumer electronics.
    2. An example of following Lucky Draw prizes will be two units of the Samsung Galaxy S23+.
    3. The prizes for the Quarterly Lucky Draw will be announced at random on:
      • 1st Phase: 1st August 2024 - 30th September 2024 (Winners announced in October 2024).
      • 2nd Phase: 1st October 2024 - 31st December 2024 (Winners announced in January 2025).
    4. redMALL reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal value or a similar alternative, at their discretion.
    5. The Campaign Lucky Draw prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    Lucky Draw and Ticket Entry Criteria:
    1. Be approved by Alliance Bank within sixty (60) days of the application date will entitle for ONE (1) Lucky Draw ticket.
    2. Upon approval of the qualifying card, Cardholders have 30 days to apply for the Balance Transfer/Fast Cash (BTFC) from the credit card’s approval date. Cardholders who accept the BTFC will be entitled to TWO (2) Lucky Draw tickets.
    3. redON Digital reserves the right to modify or cancel the Lucky Draw. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

    Lucky Draw Winner Announcement:
    1. Lucky Draw Winners will be announced on Instagram & Facebook.
    2. Winners will be contacted via the details provided in their credit card application.
    3. If any calls were to be made by the organizer, only five (5) attempts of phone calls will be made during office hours (on working days), Monday to Friday (10am-6pm, except Public Holidays).
    4. In the event the eligible cardholders cannot be contacted, i.e., voicemail, line busy, or no pickup, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
